International Owl to Raphael Lathander [Dec. 24th, 2003|01:18 pm]
[mood | bouncy]

Hey cute thing.

Here is a portkey for Boxing Day; it ports to just outside a pub I know. We can grab a drink before the concert and then up to us what we do afterwards. Papa is away so we can stay at my house in Saint Malo if you don't want to travel back the same night.

Morgause.

Enclosed is a sprig of mistletoe.

[mood | cheerful]

Dearest Megan

Just a quick reassurance that I have send my cousin Marcel to the stag night my father and his brothers have arranged as a surprise for Nathan tonight. Marcel is under strict instructions to make sure nothing untowards happens.

Love

Owl to Mademoiselle Megan Jones, Hufflepuff House, Hogwarts. (Charmed and Sealed private) [Nov. 6th, 2003|09:00 pm]
[mood | calm]

Dear Megan

I trust that you are keeping well since last I saw you over the summer months. Jean-Pierre tells me that congratulations are in order, and I do indeed relay them to you in good measure.

You are welcome to our family.

I do understand that a handfasting is not an engagement or a marriage; however it is still a formal binding of intent, as well you understand yourself.

If my dear daughter Manon were with us still, I am sure that she would have already have spoken to you about this; but as her light is now gone from our home it is not to be. Brier as a d'Apcher born is of course aware of the matter, but as she is not blessed in the magical arts, she has suggested that I may be the best one to speak to you.

I hope that I shall not scare you in any way when I say that it is important that we speak together privately before the handfasting takes place. Nathan is very much a Greenley but he is also half d'Apcher by bloodline, and there are some things that are handed down through the female line and female knowledge alone.

If you let me know when you are available for an evening or an afternoon, then we could perhaps have tea together somewhere pleasant. If you are at all concerned then you may of course invite your mother to come with you, although I must ask that you tell no one else of this.

With love and kind regards,

Estelle
